🔄  General Errors (e.g., 402, 502, Timeout, Error Response Code)

A 502 Bad Gateway error indicates an issue with communication between servers in a network. A simple page reload can sometimes resolve the issue if it's a temporary overload. Often caused by a slow network or high traffic.

  • Try this:
    • Connect to strong Wi-Fi (mobile data can drop).
    • If you’re using a browser, clearing your browser's cache and cookies or disabling browser extensions might also help.
    • If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the QHS app on solid Wi-Fi.
    • Restart/reboot your device.

402 - This error is primarily associated with online payments or subscription services.  It suggests that a requested action, like accessing content or completing a transaction, cannot proceed due to a payment issue.

    • Check to see if your Membership/Subscription is in good standing.
    • This might be a problem with software updates, which happens infrequently. If your Membership is active, please contact support@qtwe.net or the billing department for assistance. Include your Member email and phone for reference.

“Loop Error” Message

This can happen if an inactive icon at the bottom of the screen is accidentally tapped, disrupting the session.

  • To Prevent This:
    • Rotate your device (sideways or upside down) to hide the bottom screen icons.
    • Adjust your grip to avoid touching the lower edge of the screen by holding your device by the edges only.
    • Keep fingers clear of the bottom bar.
