Tax Donation Letter

Note: Annual Membership Fee is not a donation and is not tax deductible. Below is the letter that was sent in 2023.

The Tax Donation letter is sent out via email at the end of January and the beginning of February.

The Tax Donation letter for the previous year will be emailed in the beginning of February of the current year. 


If you did not receive a letter, or if corrections are needed, please send an email to support@qtwe.net with the title "Tax Donation letter"  .
