Introducing QCoin: The Key to the QArc

QCoins are absolutely required to access the QArc. These physical coins are designed to be easy and enjoyable to earn, adding an engaging element to your journey with QHS. Without QCoins, access to the QArc is not possible, making them essential for every member.

How to Earn QCoins

As you engage with QHS, you earn digital points for various activities, such as participating in events, interacting with content, and joining special projects. Once you have accumulated 200 points, you can exchange them for two QCoins. Everyone will have the opportunity and support needed to ensure they can obtain their own set of QCoins.

Benefits of Points

While QCoins are your exclusive pass to the QArc, the digital points you earn can also be redeemed for other exciting benefits down the road! This is our way of showing appreciation for the energy and commitment you bring to QHS. VIP Donors will also receive points for both past and future contributions, honoring their valued support.

Earn QCoins by Participating

Every interaction within QHS counts! By participating in our Proof of Concept studies, engaging with our website, providing feedback, and completing various activities, you contribute to our mission and earn points that can be exchanged for QCoins. You can create a "Prequel" video before your QArc experience, submit diary entries, or explore other ways to share your journey with us. Together, as we focus our energy and align with our shared vision, we make healing possible—one member at a time.

QCoin Points are currently structured around two main goals:

1. Support your From – To transition
2. Further our Proof of Concept

QCoin Point values are assigned based on the importance of the action, as well as the level of difficulty.

For example, the Prequels are very important and take a lot of effort, so they have a high point value. Members who have completed their PREQUEL are already halfway to the 200 QCoin Point goal!

Points are awarded retrospectively for one-time items, like the Prequel or VIP donations. Congratulations if this is you!

For ongoing activities, like sharing updates in the QHS “My Diary" about how your health is changing, Spots Polls, and HHS meditations, points will be awarded from the opening date of the QCoin program going forward. Congratulations! You will earn QCoin Points as easily as a walk in the park.  

Log in to your QHS account, and you will see your QCoin tracker table with your accumulated points.

Below is a table with the maximum points achievable for each activity.

Retrospective points:

Prequels, Testimonials, VIP/Member status, the Project Plan, and The BioScan Project.

Diaries, Surveys, and HHS Meditations.

Upcoming points:

V9 study participation, HHS trial participation, and The BioScan Projects, as the requirements are completed for each.

The Prequel Project

• The Prequel is a one-time opportunity to earn 100 points toward your two QCoins.
  
• The Prequel must be completed BEFORE going to the QArc.
  
• Both the video and photos must be submitted before the 100 are awarded.
  
• After submitting your prequel to Tracee, the 100 points will be applied.
• Congratulations if you have already completed a Prequel. You have already been awarded 100 points toward your QCoins.
  

The Prequel has two parts: video and photo submissions. Complete both to earn points!

You have two options to complete the video component:

Option 1: Record a video on your own device and send it to:

• Telegram: Message Tracee directly at @coachtracee.

The V9 Proof of Concept Study

Essential instructions and tips:

• All surveys and links for Zoom calls will be located on the member's QHS account dashboard, also known as the Home page.

• Video testimonials can be uploaded in several ways:

• You may attend the Zoom call LIVE to provide a video testimonial without the hassle of having to save, upload, and send the video to us.

• You may record your testimonial on your own device, save it on your device, and upload it to the diary area of the member account.

• Please state in the "TEXT WITH ENTRY" field that you are submitting a V9 Medical Trial Study testimonial and which week of the study it is for (1-6). Also, please mention in your actual video the following:

• Your first name, last initial
• Which study you are enrolled in (diabetes, neuromuscular, vision, etc.)
• Which week number you are reporting on for the study (week 1-6).

• You may record your testimonial on your device and send it to us via email at film@qtwe.net and/or kelly@qtwe.net

• Please state that the video is for your V9 study so that it does not accidentally get mixed in with the Prequel videos and so that you get proper accrual of your points.

• You may record your testimonial on your device and upload it to Telegram to be forwarded to @Kelly_Babyboobear.

• Again, please indicate that the file is for your V9 study, including your group, and which week it is a testimonial for.

• Text-based testimonials can be entered into the member diary area. Please specify that you are in the V9 Medical Trial Study (which study group you are in, as above), and which week you are entering a testimonial for.

Any member who has signed up for the V9+ Medical Trial Study will find access to the surveys and the Zoom call link on their account dashboard each week.

The BioScan Project

1. If you are a current Bioscan participant, contact Darlene at Bioscan@qtwe.net to get placed on the list for the upcoming Bioscan study.
2. Complete all three (3) Bioscan specimen collections.
3. Complete the consultation(s) with Darlene for the Bioscan study.

We keep track of Project Participation points on the member website. Points are awarded for contributions to just one Project Plan.

Where and How to Earn Points

1. From your account main menu, navigate to QHS Projects and choose 'Project Plan.'
2. Browse through the available projects to find ones that interest you.
   
3. You can pledge an amount or volunteer for the projects you'd like to support.
4. Feel free to participate in as many projects and donations as you’d like to support!

Qi's Heaven on Earth Spot Polls

• You are awarded 25 points total toward your QCoins.
  
• Each time you submit a Spot Poll, the system will provide you with a confirmation button.
  
• Once clicked, the system automatically calculates your points based on how often you complete a new poll.
• Once you have been awarded 25 points toward your QCoins, future Spot Poll points can be accrued and redeemed for other exciting benefits down the road!
  

1. From the Qi Spot Polls page, Scroll down and navigate to: "Choose Your ADVENTURE!"
2. Click on the adventure of your choice.
   
3. On each adventure page, you will find a series of articles and exercises for the Adventure and the Spot Poll that coincides with the adventure.
4. You can complete the Spot Poll daily to track your progress and changes as you go.

Attend the Live HHS Meditations

• Live HHS Meditations are worth 10 Points toward your two QCoins
• Points are awarded for one meditation each week.
• The system automatically generates points when you click the link and log into the live call.
• Once you have been awarded 10 points toward your QCoins, HHS Meditation points can be accrued and redeemed for other exciting benefits later!

• Join the appropriate meditation for your time zone
• View the calendar listed with a link to help you determine what time to join.

VIP Status

All VIPs are rewarded for their generosity.  The values for each level are listed in the chart at the beginning of this article.  Please note that the points are awarded to the account of the person who makes the qualifying donation, even if made as a married couple.

If you are already a VIP, the points should already be noted on your dashboard. If they are not there for any reason, please contact support@qtwe.net for further assistance.

Monthly Member Survey

Earn 50 Points Toward Your Two QCoins with Monthly Surveys!

• Complete two surveys in back-to-back months (for example Nov & Dec)
• Skipping a month between surveys means no points, so stay consistent!
• Once you complete and submit your second consecutive survey, you'll automatically earn 50 points.
• Start earning points today—your participation is tracked automatically!
  
• Once you have been awarded 50 points toward your QCoins, future Monthly Surveys points can be accrued and redeemed for other exciting benefits!
  
• Survey points are not retroactive before the official launch of the QCoin project (Nov 25, 2024).
• If you completed a survey before 11/25/24, you may either redo it or wait until December to begin accumulating points in this category.

• Once you have completed 5 video entries, you are awarded 25 points toward your QCoins
  
• Any additional future video diaries earn points that can be redeemed for even more exciting rewards!

2. Please save it to a location on your device that is easy to access.
