Where is My Device? Shipping, Shipped

The new production model of the QTWave has been testing off the charts! 


Device Statuses:


Request Received - We Have Received Your Device Request (It's not at Wade's yet)


Production Pending - We Have Sent Your Device to Production (It's at Wade's)


Shipped - It's On the Way (Check your mailbox soon!)


Delivered - You've Got It! (Enjoy your device!)



When your device request has been received and processed, you will receive an email that has the following information:

 


Your Device Request Has Been Processed!

Thank you for completing the QTWave Device Request. Your request has been processed, so you are officially in the shipping queue! Congratulations!


This does not mean that your device has shipped; it only means that it has been added to the shipping queue.  You will receive an email with tracking information when your device ships.


Please note that shipping may take longer than expected due to supply chain, weather, or customs-related issues. Other delays may occur due to Wade or Dr. Alfredo upgrading and tweaking the design or programming. For this reason, we work in small batches.


US domestic shipments are shipped by USPS.com Priority Mail. We suggest you sign up for a free notification email from the carrier.  International shipping is through DHL.

International shipments are shipped through DHL. Please refer to DHL's website for tracking purposes: https://mydhl.express.dhl/

Devices ship according to their position in the shipping queue, which is fully automated and prioritizes urgent need requests. If you are waiting for multiple devices, they will ship separately, and each device will have its own tracking information.
