How to Change Your Shipping Address

Critical Notes: If you are expecting a device, please double-check your shipping address to ensure that it is delivered to the correct address.

• Have you recently moved?
• Will you be away from home for an extended amount of time?

If so, notify support immediately at support@qtwe.net  Attn: Change Shipping Address

If you have the option to utilize mail forwarding as part of your regular mail delivery service, please do so. If your mail is sent to an old address and you use this feature, you will not be charged for forwarding it to your new address. However, if you do not use mail forwarding and require your mail to be rerouted through other methods, there will be a fee for that service.

Additionally, if your mail is returned to us, you will incur charges for shipping both ways. Therefore, to avoid unnecessary fees and delays, please take advantage of the mail forwarding options offered by your postal service provider.

To update your Shipping Information:

After logging into your account click on Dashboard

1. Scroll down to Settings

• If using a tablet/cell phone, click the 3 lines at the top, then click on the arrow adjacent to 'Dashboard'  Then click on ‘Settings’  

2. Scroll down the page until you see ‘Shipping Information’.

• Here you can edit/update your shipping address.  Click SUBMIT to save changes

We do not ship to the address listed in your "MY DEVICES" section. In most cases, this is your billing address and cannot be edited. We ship ONLY to the address listed in your account as SHIPPING INFORMATION (shown above). Please verify that the shipping address is correct.
