REGISTERING YOUR NEW QTWAVE DEVICE
After logging into your account....
2. Scroll to "MY DEVICES'
3. To register the device, click ‘Manage Device’ on the selected device.
Note: The device status must indicate "Delivered" before you can enter the serial and model numbers.
4. Referencing the sticker located on the back of your QTWave device; input the Model Number (Top Number) and the Serial Number (bottom number).
5. Click ‘Submit’ button.
Thank you for registering your QTWave device!
Please refresh your screen or log out and back in to your account to check that the serial and model numbers are visible on your devices page.
