How to Register My QTWave

1. Log into your account 

2. Click on the three line symbol at the top left of the screen

3. Click on the ‘Research Participation’ arrow

5. Click ‘Manage Device’ on the device that needs to be registered. Please note that the device status must say Delivered for the system to allow the serial and model numbers to be entered.

5. Referencing the sticker located on the back of your QTWave device; input the Model Number (Top Number) and the Serial Number (bottom number).

6. Click ‘Submit’ button.  

                                       Thank you for registering your QTWave device!

Please refresh your screen or log out and back in to your account, to check that the serial and model numbers are visible on your devices page.
