How to Register My QTWave

1. Log into your account
2. Click on the three line symbol at the top left of the screen
3. Click on the ‘Research Participation’ arrow
4 Click on 'Devices'
5. Click ‘Manage Device’ on the device that needs to be registered.
5. Referencing the sticker located on the back of your QTWave device; input the Model Number (Top Number) and the Serial Number (bottom number).
6. Click ‘Submit’ button.
