What is the Status of My Device

Before contacting Support, please check your profile page to see the status of your device. 

To get the most current Production updates, click on Where's My Device?

To see if your device has been prepared for shipment and has been assigned a Tracking number: 

  1. From Dashboard, click on My Devices
  2. Scroll down the page until you see "Your Devices".
  3. Select "Manage Device"
  4. Select the device that is "Shipped


On this screen:

1. First, double check your shipping address to make sure it is correct.

2. You will see a Tracking number if your device has shipped. 

Note: Register your email at USPS or DHL if you want instant notification of package status.
