As of this moment, we expect the new V9+ QTWave  to commence shipping to members soon. 


We will have a firm date only once the newest design is approved and viable.

QTWave device:Domestic (US) shipments are USPS Ground Advantage.International Shipments are DHL.


HHS: Domestic (US) shipments are FedEx 2Day, direct signature required. International Shipments are DHL.

Tracking updates: 2-3 days for USPS shipments


Up to 10 days for DHL.



Contact support@qtwe.net if no updated information from the carrier and notification is given.


Call your local DHL office with your tracking number for Customs update.
