Our current shipping time is estimated to be around 8 to 12 weeks from when your device is ordered. If you'd like to stay up-to-date on any important shipping updates, be sure to check out our Q&A and Volunteer calls. We appreciate your interest and patience as we work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
US domestic shipments are shipping by USPS Priority Mail. We suggest you sign up for a free notification email from the carrier.
International shipping is with DHL.

International shipments are shipped through DHL. Please refer to DHL's website for tracking purposes: https://mydhl.express.dhl/
Tracking information may take 2-3 days to update for USPS shipments and up to 10 days for DHL. Please keep checking and contact support@qtwe.net only if after that length of time has passed with no updated information.
