QHS Shipping Provider. When & How will my device be shipped?

QTWave devices: 

Domestic (US) shipments are sent via USPS Ground Advantage. International Shipments are shipped via DHL.


HHS units: 

Domestic (US) shipments are sent via FedEx 2Day, direct signature required. 

  • Please note that you must sign for the package or visit a FedEx location to pick up your device in person if you miss the carrier.
International HHS units are shipped via DHL and also require a signature for receipt.  
  • If you miss the carrier's delivery, you may need to drive to the DHL location to pick it up yourself.

Will I be able to track the progress of my package throughout the delivery process?

Yes!  Once your device ships, you can find the tracking number associated with your package in two places:

  1. You will receive an email from QHS notifying you that the shipment has occurred, and your tracking number will be included.
  2. From within your member account, go to your dashboard (home page), devices, "Manage Device"
    • This option lists the tracking number. If you click on it, your internet browser will open the corresponding carrier's website and give you up-to-date tracking information.



How long of a wait is there from the time my device ships until tracking updates are available? 

  • 2-3 days for USPS shipments
  • Up to 10 days for DHL.



What is the expected delivery time frame once the device has been shipped?

The answer to this question depends...

  • Domestic QTWaves are shipped via USPS Ground, and the shipping time averages anywhere from 2-7 days.
  • Domestic HHS units are shipped via FedEx 2-Day, Signature Required, and typically arrive within the specified 2-day delivery time frame unless there are unexpected delays from poor weather, labor union strikes, or other unforeseen factors.
  • All international devices (QTWaves and HHS units) are shipped via DHL. Delivery time frames will vary depending on the country, customs delays, and last-mile delivery carrier issues.



What type of package should I anticipate receiving in the mail?

  • QTWave devices are packaged in a small box with your unit, a charging cord, and a dual-voltage plug, so you don't need a voltage converter. International users will likely need a plug adapter since the prongs are for USA outlets, but adapters are cheap and easy to find. You can also use any USB-A port for charging, as long as it provides no more than 5 volts or 3 amps.
  • HHS devices are shipped in a larger box, approximately the size of a small toaster, and include an AC power cord. International members will need an adaptor to convert from USA prongs to their country-specific power outlet prongs.

What do I do if I need to change my shipping address?

  • If your device hasn’t shipped yet, please email our support team at support@qtwe.net to confirm that your new address has been updated in our system. We’ll let you know once it’s been taken care of.
  • If your device has already been shipped from our warehouse (you can confirm this with customer support), you will need to contact the carrier directly to arrange any changes. Once they have scanned the package into their system, we are unable to make any further modifications.

What do I do if the tracking on my package stalls and there is no movement on my delivery?

First, confirm with support that your device has indeed left our facility.  Once confirmed, you would have to contact the carrier directly for any further clarification on delivery delays.



What do I do if my device is being shipped to an incorrect or old address?

Unfortunately, once the carrier has scanned the package into their system, we cannot make any further changes to the delivery address. Please confirm with support that the package has left the facility. If it has, you will need to work with the carrier to arrange alternative delivery options.
